Infused products like moon rocks & snow cones require compliance testing for both the flower and concentrate.
Here's how to meet Arizona requirements.
Order an à la carte mycotoxin test or a pre-compliance panel in addition to the flower panel to complete the State of AZ requirements.
Since you already have a completed compliance panel for the concentrate, you only need to order a flower compliance panel to complete the State of AZ requirements.
Processing time may vary depending upon the volume of laboratory samples C4 is currently processing. Members of our Chronic Customer Program receive priority access. Call 480-219-6460 to check on current turnaround times.
Samples arrive at our laboratory on “day zero.” For the purposes of determining processing time, “day one” begins the next business day after arrival.
Rush service may be available, depending on sample volume and the Director of Laboratory Operations' discretion. Call 480-219-6460 to check availability. Rush orders must be received in the lab no later than 10:00 a.m.
Working with C4 is the easiest way to comply with the state of Arizona's testing requirements for potency, microbial contamination, heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins and residual solvents. As required by A.R.S. Title 36, Chapter 28.1, the Department of Health Services has established testing requirements for the Medical Marijuana Program.
Sample pickup is available for free within 25 miles of our Scottsdale location, with a $500 minimum order.
Pickup service is also available outside of that radius for an additional fee.
Results are delivered through Confident Cannabis, a simple online system for storing, tracking, and searching past reports. Our team also provides a full consultation and analytical review of the results free of charge to help translate your data into easy-to-understand information that you can use to make informed decisions.
Should a sample fail testing, we will always be honest with you and work with you to resolve the issue. AZDHS has protocols for retesting. If you choose to retest, here are the steps that need to be taken:
If a sample fails, you have 7 business days from the date you received the final COA to request a retest.
Contact C4 to let us know you would like to have the sample retested. This request can be over the phone, but it must be in writing as well.
Make sure you include the order number, the sample number, and the analysis that needs to be retested.
Contact a second lab, and let them know you had a sample fail and would like it retested with them.
C4 and the second lab will then communicate to arrange trnasportation of the failing sample (as you, the client, are not allowed to transport it.)
You will need to place a new order with the second lab for the compliance analysis you would like performed.
If the second test comes back negative, you have the option of having it retested again at a third lab and completing steps 2-4.
The third lab will be the “tie-breaker.”
All COA's must accompany that sample once it's delivered to the dispensary.
Your dedicated Lab Liaison will help you interpret test results, answer questions, and navigate the re-testing process if needed.
